🎨 ORIGINAL ARTWORKOur original paintings are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces: • These items are exempt from standard return policies • All sales are final • Returns only accepted for shipping damage

If your artwork arrives damaged: • Take photos within 48 hours • Contact us immediately • We'll handle the insurance claim • Full refund or compensation provided

🇺🇸 United States & 🌍 International (Non-EU) • All print-on-demand items are custom-made specifically for you • Due to the personalized nature of these products, all sales are final • No returns or exchanges accepted • Exception: Damaged or defective items

🇪🇺 European Union • 14-day statutory return right (required by EU law) • Must be unused and in original condition • Return shipping cost is buyer's responsibility • Original shipping cost will be refunded • Refund processed within 14 days of return

⚠️ QUALITY GUARANTEE While we don't accept returns, we stand behind our product quality: • Each item is custom-made to order • Carefully inspected before shipping • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos • We'll replace the item or provide a full refund for any quality issues

💰 REFUND DETAILS • Only applicable for EU customers or damaged/defective items • Processed to original payment method • 5-7 business days processing time • For EU returns: shipping costs refunded • For damage claims: full refund including shipping

💰 REFUND POLICY EXCEPTIONS  If we make an exception to accept a return where our policy states "no returns": • 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund • Original shipping costs are non-refundable • Return shipping costs are buyer's responsibility
